By accessing or using the Stealo marketing website at https://stealoapp.com (“Site”) or the Stealo mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or App.

2. Description of service

Stealo is an audio-first deal discovery platform that surfaces Amazon product offers as short-form audio-visual stories. The App allows users to personalize a feed by tags, listen to stories, and tap through to Amazon product pages.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stealo. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Stealo only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Accounts and anonymity

Stealo does not require a traditional account. The App may create an anonymous identifier on your device to personalize your experience. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

5. Use restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use Stealo for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part of our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks connected to Stealo
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Site or App without our written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

6. Intellectual property

Stealo and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Stealo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party links and affiliate relationships

Stealo participates in the Amazon Associates Program and the Amazon Influencer Program. Links to Amazon products are affiliate links. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of Amazon or any other third-party site.

Stealo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that deals, prices, or availability shown in the App are current or accurate. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stealo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stealo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
